Wind turbine work is early starts, weather, height and a lot of recording. It is also a trade where doing it properly is visible to everyone who reads the report afterwards.

What the work is
A service visit is a climb, a checklist, a torque wrench, a set of measured values and a report. A call-out is the same discipline with less notice. A blade campaign is days of close inspection and careful recording. None of it is glamorous and all of it is checkable.
We plan the day before it starts, and we would rather lose a shift to weather than improvise one. Anyone on an LRM Wind job can stop the work, and nobody is marked down for it.
Open roles
There are no roles listed at the moment. LRM Wind does not advertise a vacancy it has not opened, so this section is empty rather than hopeful. Speculative applications are still read, and kept only for as long as you agree.
What a listing will state
When a role opens, its entry will state all of the following before asking anyone to apply.
- The machines and the sites the role covers
- Whether it is permanent, contract or assignment work
- The tickets, medical and experience the role requires
- The rota, the travel and where the base is
- The rate or salary band, in figures
- Who the role reports to and who decides
